“You know you can always call me to ask about starting your Waukesha County Business: The beauty of the SBA” Over the years in my career I can honestly say some of the greatest and most rewarding times 
were when I was at a SBA closing and the buy said to me “Thanks for pulling this off for me Tommy, I can’t believe I have my own business
and building now.” That made me feel so good because the work and the effort that was put into every Small Business Administration process was a joint effort working with some very amazing people; local and government underwriters, helping buyers with their mission statement and business plan, and seeing that smile at closing. God, I love seeing that smile!
The truth is there is SBA money that people have access to. Take a look at Small Business Administration. In distant times a buyer had to tighten the reigns in their usage, but in the last couple of years I have listed and 
sold ( many both ends) existing restaurants with the real estate, conversions of buildings into very productive nail salons and spas, lots of businesses large and small of all diferent kinds, and in every transaction it required some pretty serious work, lots of local and state government rules, regulations, and licensing requirements, and much, much more. You know 
what? I enjoy every minute of it. I get calls from other agents asking me to help them with their transaction. There has not been a time when that did not come back to me in a form of great reward and happiness. Is this the year you are going to own your own business?
